  • Fees are deducted from the Tasker's payment after task completion.

Poster Fees:

  • Booking Fee:
    • TaskFavour is currently not charging Posters a booking fee.

6. TaskFavour Cancellation Policy:

TaskFavour aims to maintain a reliable marketplace for both Posters and Taskers. A clear cancellation policy protects everyone by setting expectations for when a task is canceled.

Responsibilities:

Both Posters and Taskers have responsibilities. Canceled tasks may result in consequences like negative reviews or fees.

Tasker Responsibilities:

  • Taskers should use their skills to guide Posters through the task process, from scoping to completion.
  • This includes helping Posters understand the skills, scope, timing, and price involved and completing the task professionally.

Poster Responsibilities:

  • Posters should provide Taskers with as much task information as possible.
  • This includes detailed descriptions, helpful pictures, and answering Tasker questions.
  • More information helps ensure the task is completed to expectations.

Cancellation Policy:

    Posters:

    • If a Poster cancels a task, they will receive a negative review on their account.

    Taskers:

    • If a Tasker cancels a task, they will receive a negative review on their account.

    Automated Cancellations:

    • When a Poster or Tasker requests cancellation via the support email (favour.corperation@gmail.com), the task will be canceled, and a negative review will be added to the account.

    Repeated Cancellations:

    • Repeatedly canceling tasks may lead to account suspension (temporary or permanent).
    • Cancellations impact star ratings and reliability scores, which can reduce your ability to win tasks.

    7. Tasker Accountability and Reputation:

    • Taskers must act honestly and complete tasks as promised.

    Key points:

    • Taskers must fulfill agreed-upon services.
    • Taskers are responsible for subcontractors and must get Poster consent.
    • Taskers must oversee in-person tasks, even with subcontractors.
    • Reviews impact Tasker ratings and ability to get work.
    • Repeated cancellations can lead to account suspension.

    8. Poster Accountability:

    • Posters are accountable for their behavior and task outcomes.

    Key Points:

    • Good behavior is expected from all users.
    • Repeated cancellations or guideline violations can lead to account suspension.

    9. Account Eligibility:

    • To create an account, users must:
      • Be 18 years or older.
      • Taskers must have legal working rights.
      • Have only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
